1.Common Questions
I paid but never got my login. Check your junk or spam folder first — credentials arrive from noreply@akashacodex.com and filters sometimes catch it. If it is not there, email us with the address you paid from and we will resend.
I forgot my password. Email us from your account address and we will reset it. Once you are in, you can change your password and your sacred name under Settings.
I want to cancel. Use the billing portal link in any receipt email, or ask us. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for exactly what happens to your access.
I found an error in the research. Please tell us. Sourcing integrity matters more to this archive than being right, and corrections are genuinely welcome.
2.Teaching & Collaboration
If you teach, guide, or create in this field and want to work with AKASHA, write to us and tell us about your work and where your community lives. Teaching arrangements are reviewed individually.
3.Sacred Offerings
Some readers have asked whether they can give something back beyond the subscription. You are welcome to, and you are equally welcome not to.
Please read before giving
An offering is a voluntary gift. It is not a purchase, it buys no access, unlocks no tier, and grants no membership. It is not refundable, because it is a gift rather than a transaction. If what you actually want is access to the archive, subscribe instead — that is the AKASHA Research Archive subscription, and it is the only thing that grants access.
